• Modelling of SSUAV (Supersonic UAV) prototype in Siemens NX for Purdue AESS chapter.
○ Wing sections, onboard camera system, nose cone and other optimizations
• Realistic pictorial renders of prototype in subsonic and transonic flight, close-up of personally designed onboard camera system in Blender
• Design and parametric modelling of internal honeycomb wing structure, enabling rapid geometry iteration within a shared team master model, reducing structural weight by 28%.
• Manufacture process of wing structure and airframe carbon fibre layups.
